Is it safe to buy on the Be Natural's website?

Yes, it is safe. All payments are done through a secure, trusted payment gateway using the South African Payfast & Peach Payments interface. Be Natural does not keep any of your personal credit card information.

What are my payment options?

If you don't want to pay online and would rather do a direct EFT payment then that's fine! When you get to checkout there will be choices including one that says, "Manual EFT". If you click that and complete your purchase, then banking details will be given to you. You simply need to do the EFT payment and email us the payment details. 

Then there is Zapper, SnapScan as well as the Mastercard, Visa credit cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass.

If you'd prefer to pay in installments, then there is a credit facility called Mobicred.

What is your delivery time?

We dispatch within 1 working day. We always carry stock, unless specified as 'Out of stock'. If you are needing the item urgently then please reach out to us at info@benatural.co.za and we'll try our best to assist.

How do I get my order?

We send your order using door to door courier service of either via a variety of couriers through the BoB-Go (previously known as U-Africa) network of couriers to find the courier that services your area best. What are the shipping costs?

How long does shipping take?

If you live in one of the main areas it will take 1 to 2 days from dispatch. We dispatch within 2 working days max.

If you live in a regional or remote area then it may take a little longer so work on 1 to 3 days from dispatch roughly.

Where are your products sourced from?

We source only the very best quality ingredients and oils from all over the world, but if a product is available in SA, we will always rather source locally if it meets our standards, to support local farmers and communities. 

What makes Be Natural different?

We believe in ONLY offering the very best we can find, from our Organic Certified oils to the Ingredients in all our hand-made-with-love products. We believe in honesty and transparency and will never sell a product that isn't exactly what it says it is. We also test all our products on ourselves before we bring it to market. We are all about service first.

What is the difference between Aromatherapy, Natural and Organic oil?

We find this is a question that far too many people don't even know to ask, before buying their products and instead they are looking at price alone. To keep it very short and simple, Aromatherapy oils are by far the cheapest, as they are made in a lab. Natural oils are as they say, Natural, but they are farmed by using pesticides and treating the soil to assist with growth and protecting their plants, so they can also have a far greater yield. Organic Certified oils on the other hand is the very best you can get from Mother Nature, which is why we only sell Organic Certified oils to our trade market. It is only Organic if you have certificates to prove the authenticity thereof, to which we do, which is why we put emphasis on the fact that our oils are Certified Organic. For an oil to be Certified Organic, the farmer of the plant has to be inspected regularly and soil and plant samples are tested for any treatments or pesticides. The farmer also pays for this license yearly which doesn't come cheap and to add to this, the farmer will get a much smaller yield each season which adds even more to the cost of the products, which at the end of the day adds to the price of our Certified Organic oils, but with these oils, you know you are getting the very best Mother Nature has to offer.

What is your returns policy, and is there a cost involved?

Yes, we have a 100% refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with your order you can return it within 30 days of receiving, and we will refund you excluding the cost of the shipping (R80). We can arrange the shipping for you if you’d like. What we’ll do is arrange for one of our courier affiliates to collect it and return it back to our offices. They will bring a flyer bag with them. If the item doesn’t fit into a flyer bag we ask if you could please pack it into the smallest box possible. Can I exchange my item?

Yes you can exchange your item within 30 days of receipt however, the shipping cost will be charged to you. It is a flat rate of R80 each way.
